The overall stay was okay but the economy room was so small including the bathroom. There were a couple of connecting doors to the room which was a bit odd. It had a small fridge with oven on top of the fridge and kettle/iron on top of the oven. It had no closet. Seems like a store room was converted into a bathroom. The faucet was way beyond the size of the wash basin. For anyone booking this room, please note that the continental breakfast included was just a small packet of cereals and milk that might not be enough for two.

Wow what a surprise for the price. We stayed in room 3, and accessible room. It was big enough to swing a horse. Plenty of room to move a wheelchair or walker, with a proper generous wet room to shower. Unlike a lot of other motels, this accessible accommodation was well thought out, and not just an afterthought to tick a box. The room is modern and quiet. The food was delicious, they do proper cabonara, a rare find. None of this stuff with cream. The staff were quite lovely, friendly, and helpful.

The location was easy to find and an easy drive into Tamworth. It was a bit noisy for us as we could hear the trucks on the highway all night. The room was very small but clean and tidy. Unfortunately we woke up very cold and the next morning discovered that there was a spare blanket on a chair under the table. I would give it another go after discovering the blanket.

Thumbs down to the short darked haired house keeper at Stockman's motel she has such pleasant language I even heard the other house keeper say your swearing very loud her response I don't give a f"$# people need to know how pudtrid they are then continued to bad mouth the customers that stayed in that room also I don't know if anyone else has noticed that there is now kids running the motel just wow 😲 might work for them but definitely not for I won't be back rooms are clean n tidy n pleasant stay otherwise

Very friendly and helpful staff rooms are clean and well equipped surrounding area is pleasant and quiet they have adequate facilities to ensure an enjoyable stay. A big thank you to all after last night’s disaster I won’t bypass this again

Very welcoming and staff were very helpful on helping me find the room. Sending the code for the door along with instructions was very helpful but that part of the motel needs better and more visible signage. The floors were clean but some of the bed linen was not. The crockery was adequate for 2 people but some of the cutlery was missing and a cutting board and kitchen knife would have come in handy.

The food is just getting better and better. I had Shepherds Pie tonight. OMG it was delicious. I highly recommend the food in Stockmans Restaurant. Added bonus, Their staff, Molly, Lachlan and Blake are beautiful and friendly young people.
